The Drowning Ophelia

• • Edible Flowers
  • 1 Egg White
  • Dusting of Sugar
  • 1 oz. Vodka
  • 1/4 oz. Blue Curaçao
  • 3/4 oz. St.-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • Juice of 1/2 Lemon

Prepare the edible flowers in advance with a light brush of egg white. Sprinkle with sugar and then allow time to dry. All liquid ingredients should be shaken together with ice and then poured into a martini glass. Flowers serve as garnish.
